  • Ghee – 5-6 tablespoons

  • Cardamom powder – ¼ teaspoon

Mix the whole wheat flour, salt and ghee together and knead it to form a soft dough. Ensure that the dough is soft enough. Boil 2 cups of chana dal and then roast it in a pan with 1-2 cups of jaggery, a little water and cardamon powder for about five minutes.
