  • 1 cup of chilled soy milk tea
  • 4 Lumping plums
  • 2 tablespoons oat flake
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

In a blender, put the milk, plums, oats and honey and beat until smooth. Transfer to a glass and serve then.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 mature avocado
  • 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed
  • 200 ml of vegetable drink
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation mode

Start moisturizing the flaxseed in 2 tablespoons of water for about 10 minutes until it forms a gelatinous texture. In a blender, add the vegetable drink, avocado and hydrated flaxseed. Beat for 1 minute until a very creamy mixture. Serve next.

Ingredients

  • 1 papaya pulp
  • 1 banana peeling and cut into slices
  • 500 ml of oat milk
  • Ice stones to taste

Preparation mode

In a blender, place all ingredients except the ice stones, and beat until smooth. Transfer to a glass, add the ice stones and then serve.

  • 1 slice of chopped pineapple
  • 1 leaf of cabbage washed and without the stalk
  • 1 tablespoon of seeds chia
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 200 ml of cold coconut water

Preparation mode

Put the chia in a container with the water and hydrate for 10 minutes. Then beat the pineapple, kale, mint and cold coconut water in a blender. Add the last hydrated chia and beat once again to incorporate. Serve next.
