Ingredients

  • 250 ml of sparkling water
  • Juice of 1 lemon-Sicilian
  • 1 bunch of fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Preparation mode

In a mortar, place the tarragon and crush to release the essential oils. Add lemon juice and salt and mix. Add the sparkling water and stir gently. Strain and transfer to a glass. Sweeten with honey and serve immediately.

Tip: Serve garnished with lemon slices and tarragon leaves.

  • 50 ml of water
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon of beet powder
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
