- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped chives to decorate
Preparation mode
In a container, Season the pork ribs with salt and black pepper and set aside for 30 minutes. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the ribs. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the garlic and onion and sauté until golden. Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar, tomato sauce, ginger and paprika. Stir until incorporated.
