  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 500 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a pan, add the water and cinnamon and boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the orange and let it rest for 5 minutes. Strain, add honey and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 juice lemon
  • 500 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a pan, add water, cinnamon and ginger. Place over medium heat and, as soon as it boils, reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 10 minutes, keeping the pan covered to concentrate the aromas. Afterwards, turn off the heat and add the lemon juice, mixing well. Strain and serve hot.
