Ingredients

Massa

  • 2 eggs
  • 6 ounces low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for greasing
  • 1 beaten egg yolk for brushing

Filling

  • 500 g the chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup natural tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ricotta cream
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

Filling

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and cook until it breaks down. Add the tomato sauce, shredded chicken, salt and black pepper. Add the ricotta cream. Mix well until the filling is creamy. Book.

Massa

In a bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt and olive oil. Add the flour and salt. Stir until a homogeneous mass forms. Lastly, add the yeast gently. In a pan greased with olive oil, spread half the dough on the bottom. Add all the chicken filling and cover with the rest of the dough. Brush the yolk over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 35 to 40 minutes, or until the pie is golden and firm. Serve then.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Salt and oregano to taste
  • Oil for greasing
  • Oat flour for flouring

Filling

  • 500 g of breast cooked chicken and shredded
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 grated zucchini
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Chopped green chilli, salt, smoked paprika and saffron to taste

Preparation mode

Filling

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the carrot and zucchini and cook quickly until soft. Add the chicken, seasonings and mix well. Finish with the cream and green chilli. Book.

Massa

In a bowl, mix the sweet potato, eggs, milk and olive oil. Add the rice flour, oat bran, salt and oregano. Mix until a creamy dough forms. Lastly, gently incorporate the yeast.

In a pan greased with olive oil and floured with oat flour, place half the dough. Spread the chicken filling and cover with the rest of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes, or until the pie is golden and firm. Serve then.

  • 1 cup of skimmed milk
  • 1/2 cup finely rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Oil for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Filling

  • 500 g the chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup natural tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup cooked green corn
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Chopped parsley, paprika, turmeric and salt to taste

Preparation mode

Filling

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomato, tomato sauce and seasonings. Add the chicken and mix well. Finish with corn and parsley. Set aside until it cools down a little.

Massa

In a blender, beat the green corn, eggs, milk and olive oil until you obtain a creamy mixture. Add the oats, salt and black pepper. Beat again until smooth. Lastly, mix the yeast gently.

In a pan greased with olive oil and floured with wheat flour, pour half of the dough. Distribute the chicken filling and cover with the rest of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 35 to 40 minutes, or until the surface is golden and firm. Serve then.
