These no-bake cheesecake cups are the kind of dessert that feels indulgent without going overboard. A crunchy granola base supports a smooth, tangy cream cheese filling made with Greek yogurt and honey, topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries. They come together in just 10 minutes and chill while you get on with your day.

No-Bake Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (60g) low-fat plain granola, finely crushed
  • 1 (8-oz./227g) package Neufchatel or reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (245g) plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (40g) honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 medium strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup (50g) blueberries

Directions

Place 8 paper liners in 8 cups of a muffin pan. Spoon about 1 tbsp crushed granola into each, pressing down.

Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in the yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Spoon 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture into each cup. Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until firm. Top evenly with strawberries and blueberries. Serve chilled.
