Preparation mode
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until a light and fluffy mixture forms. Add the coconut oil and vanilla essence, mixing well. Add the sifted cocoa powder, oat flour and a pinch of salt, stirring until smooth. Add the yeast and mix gently. Add the walnuts to the dough and mix. Pour into a small pan lined with baking paper. Place in the preheated oven at 180°C for around 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly and cut into squares. Serve immediately.
Healthy pavé with Greek yogurt, mango and Brazil nuts
Ingredients
- 2 cups of unsweetened natural Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 cup sugar-free granola
- 1/3 cup of Brazil nut chopped
Preparation mode
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the honey and vanilla essence until creamy and slightly sweet. In individual bowls, make layers: first a spoonful of the yogurt cream, then the mango, followed by the granola and Brazil nuts. Repeat the layers until you finish the ingredients. Finish with a layer of mango and Brazil nuts on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to firm up and become more refreshing.
