- 1 ovo
- 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of oat flour
- 30 g vanilla flavored whey protein
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Small guava cubes to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Cinnamon powder and sugar to finish
Preparation mode
In a container, mix the egg, natural yogurt and sugar. Add the oat flour and whey protein, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Lastly, add the yeast and mix gently. Separate small portions of the dough with a spoon and place a small cube of guava paste in the center. Cover with a little more dough to cover the filling and set aside.
In a pan, heat the oil over low heat. Fry the dumplings in small batches, keeping the heat between low and medium to ensure that they cook on the inside without burning on the outside. Turn during preparation to brown evenly. Then, remove and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Finish with powdered cinnamon and sugar. Serve.

Ingredients
- 1 grated apple
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons vanilla flavored vegetable protein powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable milk
- Cinnamon powder to finish
Preparation mode
In a bowl, mix the eggs, vegetable milk and brown sugar until you obtain a homogeneous cream. Add the grated apple, oat flour, vegetable protein and cinnamon. Mix well. Add the yeast last and stir gently. Using a spoon, distribute small portions of the dough into silicone molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 20 to 25 minutes, until the cupcakes are golden. Finish with cinnamon on top before serving.
