Homemade teas for poor digestion are a natural and effective solution to help relieve stomach discomfort and promote digestive health. Ingredients such as ginger, fennel, boldo, lemon, cardamom and carqueja have properties that stimulate the production of gastric juices and digestive enzymes, helping to reduce gas and bloating and relieve cramps and stomach pain.

1. Fennel tea

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of seeds anise
  • 250 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat and add the fennel seeds. Cover the pan and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and serve immediately.

  • 2 pieces of ginger
  • 250 ml of water
  • Lemon juice to taste

Preparation mode

In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the ginger and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and add the lemon juice. Serve then.

3. Rosemary tea

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary leaves
  • 250 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the rosemary leaves and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and serve immediately.

4. Boldo tea

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of leaves boldo
  • 250 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat and add the boldo leaves. Cover the pan and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and serve immediately.

5. Cardamom tea

Ingredients

  • 4 berries cardamom
  • 250 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a container, Lightly crush the cardamom berries to release seeds and essential oils. Book. Place the water in a pan and place over medium heat. When it starts to boil, add the cardamom berries. Boil for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and serve immediately.

6. Carqueja tea

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of leaves carqueja dried
  • 250 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat and add the carqueja leaves. Cover the pan and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and serve immediately.

7. Star anise, cinnamon and clove tea

Ingredients

  • 2 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cloves
  • 500 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the star anise, cinnamon and cloves. Boil for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Cover the pan and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and serve immediately.

8. Mint, ginger and chamomile tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of leaves mint fresh
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 500 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the ginger and boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the mint and chamomile. Cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and serve immediately.

  • 1 teaspoon of sheets of sage
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 250 ml of water

Preparation mode

In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat and add the sage leaves and cinnamon. Cover the pan and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and serve immediately.
