1. Ham and cheese tapioca
Ingredients
- 1 cup of tapioca gum
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of cheese mozzarella
- Salt and oregano to taste
Preparation mode
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spread the tapioca starch until it forms a uniform disc. Let it set and turn quickly. Stuff it with the ham and cheese while still in the hot frying pan, adding oregano on top. When the cheese melts slightly, fold the tapioca in half and serve immediately.
Ingredients
- 500 ml of whole milk
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 100 g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Preparation mode
In a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in the still cold milk. Add condensed milk, chocolate powder and salt. Mix well until everything is incorporated. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. When it starts to thicken, add the chopped chocolate and continue stirring until it melts completely and the mixture is very creamy. Sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of sweet tapioca tea
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 ovo
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- 150 g the Guava paste cut into firm cubes
Preparation mode
In a pan, heat the milk with the oil and salt until it boils. In a container, place the cassava starch and scald it with the hot mixture, stirring well. Wait for it to cool and add the egg and cheese, mixing until it forms a homogeneous dough. Form small balls, open each portion lightly in the palm of your hand, place 1 guava cube in the center and close tightly. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or until lightly golden. Serve while still warm to keep the filling creamy.

- 395 g of condensed milk
- 2 cups of milk tea
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of fine cornmeal
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of fennel
- Oil for greasing
- Cornmeal for sprinkling
Preparation mode
In a blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk, milk and oil until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then add the cornmeal, wheat flour, salt and fennel and beat again until the dough is smooth and well incorporated. Lastly, add the baking powder and mix gently with a spoon or spatula, without beating. Pour the dough into a shape greased with oil and sprinkled with cornmeal. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 40 to 50 minutes, or until lightly golden on top. Wait for it to cool before unmolding and then serve.
