The Brazilian team’s debut at the 2026 World Cup takes place this Saturday, at 7pm (Brasília time), in a match against Morocco that promises to gather fans in front of the television to follow every move. To make this moment even more special, there is nothing better than preparing practical, tasty and easy snacks. Check out some recipes!

1. Ground beef croquette

Ingredients

  • 500 g the minced meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green chilli tea
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Oil for greasing
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs

Preparation mode

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden. Add the ground beef and cook until it loses its reddish color. Add the tomato paste, green chilli, salt, black pepper and water. Mix well. When it boils, add the wheat flour little by little, stirring constantly, until it forms a homogeneous dough that comes away from the bottom of the pan. Let the dough cool.

With your hands, shape the croquettes into the desired shape. Dip in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Place in a pan greased with olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 220°C for around 25 minutes. Serve then.

2. Mini French bread pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 breads French
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 1/2 red onion cut into cubes
  • Basil and oregano leaves to taste

Preparation mode

Cut the French bread into slices and place on a baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce over each slice. Distribute the mozzarella, tomato and red onion. Sprinkle the oregano. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Finish with basil leaves and serve immediately.

3. Onion Rings

Ingredients

  • 2 onions large cut into slices
  • 1 cup of milk tea
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation mode

Separate the onion rings and set aside. In a bowl, mix the milk, egg, wheat flour, garlic powder and salt until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Dip the onion rings in the dough and then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the onion rings until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and place in a container with paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve then.

Tip: serve with ketchup.

4. Stuffed garlic bread

Ingredients

  • 1 round Italian bread
  • 3 tablespoons butter at room temperature
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 200 g the cheese grated mozzarella
  • 100 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation mode

Make cuts in the bread forming squares, without reaching the base. In a bowl, mix the butter, garlic and green chilli. Spread the mixture between the cuts of the bread. Distribute the mozzarella and cream cheese between the openings. Sprinkle the oregano. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil, place it on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and lightly browns. Serve then.
