Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g of natural yogurt
  • 60 ml melted coconut oil
  • 80 g of demerara sugar
  • 200 g of flour oat
  • 20 g of almond flour
  • 10 g matcha powder
  • 10 g of chemical yeast powder
  • 2 g of sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • Coconut oil spread
  • Oat flour for flouring

Preparation mode

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a lighter mixture. Add the natural yogurt, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. In another bowl, mix the oat flour, almond flour, matcha, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients little by little to the liquid mixture, stirring gently with a whisk or spatula until a homogeneous dough forms.

Pour the dough into a pan greased with coconut oil and floured with oat flour and level the surface with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before unmolding. Serve then.

  • 150 g rice flour
  • 50 g of flour almonds
  • 8 g matcha powder
  • 5 g of chemical yeast powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 ovo
  • 60 g of honey
  • 80 g of natural yogurt
  • 30 ml of milk
  • Almond shavings to finish

Preparation mode

In a bowl, mix the rice flour, almond flour, matchá, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat the egg with the honey, natural yogurt and milk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the dry ingredients little by little and mix until a soft and uniform dough forms. Shape small portions of the dough with a spoon and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving space between them. Lightly flatten each portion with the back of the spoon. Finish with almond shavings.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Serve then.

  • 300 ml oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 8 g matcha powder
  • 20 g the mel
  • Chopped strawberries to finish

Preparation mode

In a bowl, whisk together the oat milk, matcha powder, and honey until the matcha is completely dissolved. Add the chia seeds and stir well. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from being concentrated at the bottom. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until it reaches a creamy consistency. Distribute the pudding into individual bowls or pots. Finish with strawberries and serve immediately.
