1. Apple, cinnamon and star anise tea

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of water
  • 1/2 apple cut into cubes
  • 1 cinnamon on stick
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation mode

In a pan, place the water, apple, cinnamon and star anise. Cook over medium heat until it boils. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the drink rest for 3 to 5 minutes, with the pan covered. Strain the tea, sweeten with honey and serve immediately.

2. Turmeric, lemon and honey tea

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of water
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation mode

In a pan, heat the water over medium heat until it starts to boil. Add the turmeric. Reduce heat to low and let cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait 2 minutes for the infusion to become more intense. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Wait for the drink to warm slightly and add the honey, stirring until completely dissolved. Serve immediately.

3. Ginger, mint and lemon tea

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of water
  • 4 thin slices of ginger
  • 10 mint leaves
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation mode

In a pan, heat the water over medium heat until it boils. Add the ginger, reduce heat to low and cook for about 8 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the mint leaves, cover the pan and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and mix in the lemon juice. Serve immediately.

4. Orange peel, clove and cardamom tea

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of water
  • Peel of 1 orange
  • 4 cloves
  • 3 cardamom seeds, lightly crushed

Preparation mode

In a pan, place the water, orange peel, cloves and cardamom. Cook over medium heat until it boils. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and leave to infuse for another 5 minutes. Strain the tea and serve immediately.
