Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flaxseed flour
  • 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder
  • Oil for greasing
  • Oat flour for flouring

Preparation mode

In a blender, beat the bananas, oil and eggs until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Book. In a container, place the flaxseed flour, brown sugar and oat flour and mix well. Add the reserved mixture and stir to incorporate the ingredients. Lastly, add the chemical yeast and stir gently. Transfer to a baking tray greased and floured with oat flour. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden. Serve then.

Ingredients

Massa

  • 300 g of flaxseed
  • 200 ml of water
  • Wheat flour for flouring
  • Oil for greasing

Filling

  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 50 g of florets chopped broccoli
  • 50 g peeled and chopped carrot
  • Salt, olive oil and chopped green chilli to taste

Preparation mode

Filling

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown. Add the carrot and broccoli and sauté for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, season with salt and green chillies. Book.

Massa

In a blender, place the flaxseed and blend until you obtain a flour. Transfer the flour to a container and add the water. Stir until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Afterwards, flour a smooth surface with wheat flour and open the dough with the help of a roller. Cut into squares, fill and close the pastry with the help of a fork. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough and place it on a greased baking tray. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Serve then.

  • 30 g of organic yeast
  • 1 dessert spoon of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of warm water
  • 100 g of flaxseed
  • 280 ml of skimmed milk
  • 1 ovo
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 600 g whole wheat flour
  • Oil for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Preparation mode

In a bowl, place the sugar and yeast and mix. Add 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour and warm water. Mix and let it rise until it doubles in size. Meanwhile, in a blender, blend the flaxseed and skimmed milk until finely ground. Transfer to a bowl, add the mixture with the reserved yeast, egg, oil and salt and stir to combine.

Gradually add the rest of the wheat flour and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest until it doubles in volume. Afterwards, grease a baking tray with oil and flour with wheat flour, place the dough and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden. Serve then.

4. Flaxseed and dried fruit cereal bar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of golden flaxseed tea
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of tea almonds bites
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Preparation mode

In a pan, heat the honey and coconut oil over medium heat until they become very liquid. Turn off the heat and set aside. In a large container, mix the flaxseed, oat flakes, almonds, blueberries, apricots and cinnamon. Pour the honey and coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is coated.

Then, line a rectangular shape with baking paper and spread the mixture, pressing firmly to form a compact layer. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait to cool completely and cut into bars. Serve then.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup brown flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons ground golden flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup ice water

Preparation mode

In a container, mix the whole wheat flour, oat flour, whole flaxseed, ground flaxseed, sesame, rosemary, garlic powder and salt. Add the olive oil and mix with your hands. Gradually add the water and mix until it forms a smooth, firm dough that does not stick to your hands. Afterwards, open it between two sheets of baking paper until it is very thin and cut into rectangles. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until they are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven, wait to cool and then serve.

6. Flaxseed and spinach savory pie

Ingredients

Massa

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ice water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Filling

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 50 g crumbled ricotta
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg powder

Preparation mode

Massa

In a container, place the flour and salt and mix. Add the oil and mix with your fingertips until you get a sandy consistency. Gradually add the ice water and knead until the dough is homogeneous. Shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Filling

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted. Turn off the heat, add the ricotta and season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg.

Assembly

Flour a smooth surface with wheat flour, lay out the dough and roll it out using a rolling pin. Transfer to a small pan, about 12 cm in diameter, and line the bottom and sides. Pierce the bottom of the dough with a fork and cover with the filling. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve then.
