  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 ovo
  • 20 g of chickpea flour
  • 15 g of almond flour
  • 10 g the nuts bites
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 5 g of chemical yeast powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon powder to finish
  • Coconut oil spread

Preparation mode

In a bowl, mash the banana. Add the egg, vanilla and honey, mixing well. Add the chickpea flour, almond flour and salt. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Add half of the walnuts and, lastly, the yeast. Transfer to a mug greased with coconut oil. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Finish with the rest of the walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon. Serve then.

  • Coconut oil spread

Preparation mode

In a bowl, beat the egg until smooth. Add the apple and honey, mixing well. Add the oat flour, flaxseed flour, powdered milk, cinnamon and salt. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Add the yeast and mix until combined. Transfer to a mug greased with coconut oil. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Serve then.

  • 40 ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee

Preparation mode

In a bowl, beat the egg until smooth. Add the milk and honey, mixing well. Add the whey protein, oat flour, cocoa powder and instant coffee, mixing until a homogeneous dough forms. Add the yeast and mix gently. Transfer to a mug greased with coconut oil. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Serve then.
