- Cinnamon powder to finish

Preparation mode
In a bowl, mash the banana. Add the egg, vanilla and honey, mixing well. Add the chickpea flour, almond flour and salt. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Add half of the walnuts and, lastly, the yeast. Transfer to a mug greased with coconut oil. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Finish with the rest of the walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon. Serve then.
