Ingredients

  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 1 avocado maduro
  • 2 eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

In a bowl, mash the avocado pulp with a fork until it forms a rustic puree. Add the chopped eggs, natural yogurt, lemon juice, chives, salt and black pepper. Mix well until it forms a cream. Book.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly brown the bread slices. On two slices of wholemeal bread, distribute the lettuce leaves. Spread the avocado and egg cream evenly. Cover with the remaining slices of wholemeal bread, press lightly and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup of flour oat
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation mode

In a blender, place the carrot, eggs, vegetable oil and brown sugar. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture. Transfer to a bowl and add the flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix well until a uniform dough forms. Lastly, add the chemical yeast and mix gently, just to incorporate. Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until the muffins are golden and firm. Remove from the oven, let it cool and then serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of tea papaya chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Ice to taste

Preparation mode

In a blender, place the papaya, flaxseed, oat milk and honey. Blend until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous drink. Add the ice and beat again for a few seconds. Serve immediately.
