1. Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 coconut milk
  • 2 teacups of sugar
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 100 g of grated coconut
  • 50 g the cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Preparation mode

In a blender, beat the eggs, butter, milk, coconut milk and sugar for 2 minutes. Add the wheat flour, coconut and grated cheese and beat for another 1 minute. Lastly, add the chemical yeast and stir gently. Pour the dough into a pan greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden. Remove from the oven and wait to cool. Unmold carefully and serve immediately.

2. Creamy homemade cappuccino

Ingredients

  • 50 g the instant coffee
  • 250 g of powdered milk
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 1 cup of whole milk

Preparation mode

In a blender, blend the instant coffee, powdered milk, chocolate, sugar, cinnamon and baking soda until it becomes a completely homogeneous powder with no lumps. Place in a glass container with a lid and set aside. In a milk jug, add the milk and heat over medium heat until bubbles form around it, do not let it boil. Place a mixer on one side and beat until creamy. In a cup, place 2 tablespoons of cappuccino and cover with steamed milk. Stir until completely dissolved. Serve then.

3. Blender tube

Ingredients

  • 30 g of fresh organic yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup of warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 6 1/2 cups of wheat flour
  • Oil for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Preparation mode

In a blender, beat the yeast, sugar, 2 egg yolks, eggs, butter, warm milk and salt. Transfer to a container and, little by little, add the wheat flour, kneading until it forms a homogeneous dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Afterwards, take small portions with a spoon and shape them into tubes. Place them in a large pan greased with oil and floured with wheat flour, leaving space between them. Cover and let rest for 1 hour. Brush with the remaining beaten egg yolk and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 20 minutes. Serve then.
