- 2 cups of green corn tea
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk tea
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
- Butter for greasing
- Wheat flour for flouring
Preparation mode
No blenderadd the corn, eggs, condensed milk, milk and butter. Beat for about 3 minutes, or until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Then add the cornmeal and beat again until completely incorporated into the dough. Lastly, add the chemical yeast and mix gently with a spoon or pulse quickly in the blender, just to incorporate.
Grease a mold with butter and flour it with wheat flour. Pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes, or until the surface is golden and firm. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool, unmold and serve.
