1. Condensed milk pudding
Ingredients
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 790 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of tea sugar
- 1/2 cup of hot water
Preparation mode
In a pan, add the sugar and heat over low heat, without stirring, until it starts to melt at the edges. When it reaches a light brown tone, stir gently to dissolve completely. Carefully add the hot water and mix until a uniform caramel forms. Pour the syrup into a pudding mold, spreading it evenly on the bottom and sides. Book.
In a blender, place the condensed milk, milk and eggs. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, in a bain-marie, until set. Remove from the oven, wait to cool and refrigerate for 4 hours. Unmold and serve immediately.
Ingredients
- 200 g the chocolate branco
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 250 g of cream
- Pulp of 2 passion fruits
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- White chocolate shavings for decorating
Preparation mode
In a container over a bain-marie, melt the white chocolate and set aside. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit pulp until you obtain a homogeneous cream. Gradually add the melted white chocolate and lemon juice and beat to combine. Place on a platter and refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve immediately with white chocolate shavings.
3. Lemon pie
Ingredients
Base
- 1 1/2 cup of cornstarch cookie
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Filling
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 200 g of cream
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 10 g unflavored colorless gelatin
- 5 tablespoons of water
- Lemon slices to finish
Preparation mode
Base
Grind the cornstarch biscuits in a blender until it forms a fine flour. Transfer to a container, add the melted butter and mix until you obtain a wet dough. With the dough, line the bottom of a mold with a removable bottom, pressing well. Place in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool and set aside.
Filling
In a bowl, hydrate the gelatin with water and mix until completely dissolved. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream, lemon juice and lemon zest until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. With the blender still running, pour in the dissolved gelatin and blend for a few more seconds. Pour the cream over the already cold base, smooth the surface and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours, until firm. Decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
